The Madison-Grant Alumni Association exists to serve all members of the extended Argyll community. This includes graduates of Madison-Grant Schools, former students who attended but did not graduate, current and former faculty and staff, and friends and supporters who share a commitment to the mission and values of Madison-Grant.
The Madison-Grant Alumni Association, Inc. operates as an independent, nonprofit organization in support of Madison-Grant Schools. While legally separate, the Association collaborates closely with school leadership to align its activities with the needs and priorities of students, staff, and the broader school community. The Association seeks to complement, not duplicate, school initiatives by providing volunteer support, advocacy, and resources that enhance the overall Madison-Grant experience.
The Madison-Grant Alumni Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for advancing the mission, vision, and core values of the Association. The Board provides strategic direction, oversees financial stewardship, and ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, the Association’s bylaws, and this Charter. Officers and committees, as established in the bylaws, implement programs and initiatives on behalf of the Board and the alumni community.
